Feast on the Farm

Go behind the scenes with a guided tour and fall harvest lunch at Green Valley Farm + Mill, a regenerative farm & ranch in the heart of west Sonoma County. 

ITINERARY

Start the day off with a tour of Green Valley Community Farm, led by head farmers David & Kayta to learn about and taste some of their 200 varieties of vegetables, flowers, herbs, berries and specialty crops grown for their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.

Afterwards, head over to the shaded arbor for an outdoor seasonal feast prepared by resident chef Kim LaVere.

Lunch includes two dishes featuring the farms weekly harvest, our signature cheese & charcuterie boards and seasonal dessert, all paired with libations from our favorite local producers,

Outdoor tables will be set with ample, socially distant space between groups and each seating will be capped at 12 total guests.

  • Artisan cheese + charcuterie grazing board featuring: Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co, Tomales Farmstead Creamery, Thistle Meats house cured charcuterie, local chutney, and seasonal fruits & veggies

  • Salade nicoise | hibiscus pickled egg | roasted red pepper | Desiree new potato | blanched haricot vert | pickled seaweed tahini dressing

  • Farro grain bowl | pickled currants | roasted delicata squash | toasted pepitas | tomales farmstead creamery koto’la feta

  • Carrot & orange marmalade cupcakes | cardamom cream cheese frosting
