Learn the art of small-batch spirits, meet the distillers, partake in an interactive mixology class to prepare craft cocktails using the locally sourced spirits and mixers.
Sample Itinerary
- Begin your tour at Griffo Distillery, a family owned and operated craft distillery, where you will learn about balancing botanical flavors while enjoying a tasting flight of small batch gins and whiskeys, paired with a charcuterie board from Thistle Meats.
- Continue on to Spirit Works Distillery, a grain to glass producer that takes pride in sourcing as many local grains as possible. Learn how they combine their British legacy with West-Coast style to provide you with innovative Vodka, Gin, and Whiskey varietals made by their team of female distillers.
- Culminate the tour with an interactive hand-crafted cocktail class led by an expert mixologist. Enjoy small bites as you learn to make innovative cocktails using locally sourced libations and seasonal ingredients.
